| Rice For India |
| We currently have more children in our hostels (boarding schools) in India than we have sponsored. These unsponsored children come primarily from non-Christian homes. We take in as many children as space allows in order to help them attend school and to reach them and their families for Christ. With the growing number of children in our hostels coupled with the rising price of rice, International Child Care Ministries doesn't have the funds to feed all of the children while we wait for sponsors. Your gift provides each child with nescessary food and nutrition to allow us to turn away no one. |

| Philippine Street Children |
| Thousands of Filipino children survive by searching city trash heaps for bottles, corrugated boards and other materials they can sell at junk shops. But a former scavenger child had a dream of taking kids off the streets by bringing school to them. That’s how Door of Hope Fellowship Center in Davao City began. Cervando Marfe worked hard to get himself off the streets. He advanced through school until he graduated with a degree, still carrying a burning passion to help street kids. Cervando started tutoring street kids in Rizal Park in 1998. Today, at the Door of Hope Fellowship Center, almost 100 parents, teens and children gather for worship and Sunday School each week. Door of Hope’s concern for children and teens keeps on growing. It includes those not only those who are on the streets, but also those who need to understand and experience God’s love. Door of Hope Fellowship Center is now working to establish a kindergarten and grade school. With your donation, you help provide these children with the continuing care they need, and also allow for this amazing dream to continue to grow. |

By Donating an animal to a family or school, you can dramatically change their economic conditions. With one farm animal, you have not only provided for the immediate nutritional needs of the family or school, but you have also provided a way for a small income through the sales of eggs, milk, wool, and even livestock (through the offspring of the original animal).

After learning of the reality that many people in our churches have been starving to death, we have come to the realization that we have a desperate need in Burundi that needs to be met. At our Kibuye Hospital in central Burundi, we have a food production area called the Busoma Factory. Busoma is the name given to a cereal made from corn, soybeans, and sorghum. ICCM has been using this nutritious cereal to help widows and orphans in our churches overcome malnutrition. Each month the Busoma factory produces 8 tonnes of cereal, which is equal to 250,000 servings (enough to feed 13,000 children). Each month, we are in need of 00.00 to cover the production and assure every child is fed.

Contributions to the Haiti Food Fund make it possible for us to feed nearly 20,000 children at our 53 schools in Haiti. The global food crisis has hit Haiti very hard and the inflation rate for basic food staples like rice and oil has made it impossible for many people to feed their families. Our pastors asked us, "How can we feed some of the children in our church and not feed all of them?" They were referring to feeding only the sponsored children while those not sponsored were going hungry. The Haiti Food Fund was established to enable us to feed as many children as possible in the Free Methodist Church for as many days as the supplies last. We have been feeding thousands of unsponsored children ever since this fund began. Your gift allows the Haitian children in our schools to continue to eat nourishing food that fuels their growth, education and future.
