1.     Privacy and Security

The International Child Care Ministries (ICCM), a ministry of the Free Methodist Church in Canada, is committed to protecting the privacy of its donors.  We understand the importance in protecting personal information in our care and control.  Our relationships with those that donate to the ICCM program are founded on trust and we are committed to maintaining that trust. 

We will maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the personal information entrusted to us.

2.     How We Use Information

We may use the information you provide about yourself to process donations, keep you informed about the activities of ICCM, and to ask for your support in our mission. 

Business contact information and publicly available information, such as names, addresses and telephone numbers as published in telephone directories, are not considered personal information.

We do not collect identifying information about visitors to our website.  We may collect non-identifying information about our visitors in order to create summary statistics and to determine the level of interest in information available on our website.

3.     How Personal Information is Maintained

International Child Care Ministries does not sell, barter, trade or give away personal information to third parties.  For example, we do not provide our donor lists to other charities regardless of how worthwhile their causes may be.   By donating to ICCM, donors have confirmed their commitment to our mission. If a donor wishes to give to other worthwhile causes, then this is a personal decision to be made by the donor alone.  While we appreciate a donor's commitment to supporting worthwhile causes, we will not intervene in a donor's decision by providing their personal information to such causes.

Measures are taken to ensure the integrity and security of the information collected is maintained and to prevent it from being lost or destroyed. 

4.     How to amend personal information.

If, at any time, donors wish to amend their personal information with us, simply contact us in writing at:
